DMCA Takedown Policy

FileBridge, operated by pegasustech.works, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the FileBridge service.

Important Note: FileBridge is a read-only dashboard service. We do not host any of the files that users browse. The content is stored on third-party servers controlled by our users. Our service only provides a means to access and view this content.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by completing the following DMCA Notice and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

To file a DMCA Notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material or link you claim is infringing. Since we do not host content, please provide the server and path information if visible so we can investigate the user account.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
