FileBridge is a read-only dashboard for third-party file servers. You are solely responsible for the server credentials you provide and for ensuring you have the legal right to access the servers you connect to. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Content and Data

We do not claim any ownership rights over the files or data on your remote servers. You retain all of your rights to any content you access through the Service. We are responsible only for the data related to your account and service configuration stored within FileBridge.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FileBridge or pegasustech.works, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to access the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
